All artists are required to show proof of current Blood Borne pathogens training, and First Aid certification upon Board Of Health Inspection prior to working at Hell City.

On average Hell City brings an attendance of 8,000, not to mention the hundreds of internationally acclaimed tattoo artists that attend to practice and learn the newest techniques of the art form.
