Cat. #001476131221: CLIFF HALL

Quite scarce vintage blue fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch pink album page, acquired in-person by a New York City-based autograph hound in the 1930s and decorated with a magazine image. In good condition. Note that the image of the star shown here alongside the scan of the signed piece is not included. Radio, stage, movie, and television character actor Cliff Hall played loud-mouthed, unctuous types, perhaps most notably the president of Ralph Kramden's and Ed Norton's chapter of the Friendly Order of Raccoons on "The Jackie Gleason Show" (1954-1955), on which he also played Ralph's boss, Mr. Marshall, and on "The Honeymooners" (1955-1956). Fans of the sitcom will immediately hear Hall's voice in their heads: "Fifty dollars for the Man from Space!"
